Terms

Early access, with clear expectations.

Effective date: August 1, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Collie website, early access list, and invited alpha builds. They are written for a small, evolving Windows alpha: please read them before using an invite or build.

Using Collie

You may use the website and any alpha build we invite you to use for lawful purposes. Do not use Collie to harm people, bypass security, infringe rights, send unwanted messages, or automate actions you are not authorized to take.

You are responsible for the instructions you give Collie, the information you provide it, and reviewing work before you approve or use it.

Early access alpha

Collie is an early access Windows alpha. Features may be incomplete, changed, paused, or removed. The software can make mistakes, and it may not work with every device, task, provider, or service. Do not rely on it for emergency, medical, legal, financial, safety critical, or other high consequence decisions.

Keep current backups of important work. Review any output and any proposed action before relying on it or approving it.

Model providers and connected services

Collie does not replace the terms, policies, fees, or permissions of a model provider or service you choose to connect. You are responsible for having the right account, authority, and permissions to use those services. Your provider may charge you or apply usage limits.

When you connect a provider, relevant request content may be transferred to that provider so it can respond. Please review its terms and privacy information before connecting it.

Feedback

Feedback is especially valuable during early access. If you send ideas, bug reports, or other feedback, you allow us to use it to improve Collie without an obligation to compensate you. Please do not include secrets or confidential information that you are not permitted to share.

Availability and responsibility

We provide the website and alpha builds on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, output without errors, or that an alpha build will meet every need. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Collie is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the website or alpha.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms as Collie evolves. The effective date above shows the latest version. Questions can be sent to hello@heycollie.com.
