Collie is in a small Windows alpha, so the fastest support is a clear note about what you were trying to do and where things stopped.
Contact support
Email hello@heycollie.com for help with the waitlist, an invitation, installation, a model connection, or a problem in the alpha.
Early access support is best effort while the team is small. We do not offer a guaranteed response time yet.
What to include
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- Your Windows version and the Collie version, if you have an alpha build.
- A screenshot or the exact error message, with personal information hidden.
- Whether the issue happened before or after connecting a model provider.
Please keep secrets out of support messages
Never email passwords, API keys, recovery codes, private files, or full conversation exports unless we specifically agree on a secure way to review a redacted example. We will not ask for your model provider password.
Waitlist and privacy requests
To leave the early access list or ask about the information we hold, email hello@heycollie.com. We process these manually until self service controls are available.
Security issues
For a possible security vulnerability, use GitHub's private reporting control on this repository when it is available. Otherwise, email hello@heycollie.com rather than posting sensitive details publicly. See our security page for what helps us investigate.
